I'm sick and tired of the place, love the lay out of my apartment and the view but sick and tired of dealing with an AC that does't work and a community that doesn't want to fix it right! Maintenance is here weekly if not every other day to deal with the AC unit that they've been saying will be replaced. This is Florida it's HOT and VERY HUMID! Sick of paying over $200.00 for my electric bill when I'm hardly even home. Tired of it and can't wait to move!
