Thinking of moving here' DON'T DO IT!!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I have been here for 3 years now and when I first moved in the apartment needed work but since I moved in a hurry they promised things would get fixed. Since then the apartments have gone to crap! The A/C does't work good at all! The neighbors are ok and the noise level is good in the back. I love this area but the maintenance sucks! My roof leaks and the stairs are falling down. No one cares anymore. The sold the place back in 2005 and the new owners CAN'T know what is going on here or the just don't care.
