I have been living at the club for about 3 years now. Initially the managment office didnt have their Sh** together but it hasnt been bad with the current office managment. I do have to admit though that the apartments themselves are getting old and things are always breaking or leaking or something. I have a cracked slab in my dining room floor that leaks water into my dining area, kitchen and living room that hasnt been fixed despite the fact that it has now been atleast 6 mos since I was advsd they were getting corporate permission to do so. WE have little ants in the hall bath. Our back patio screen wont stay up and they left 2 of the screens leaning up against the doors, for decoration I suppose but then they are Quick to put a notice onmy door telling me to clean uo my back patio. They have dug up the grass in the back of my patio for drainage and have yet to finish that project. I continuosly have to call in trouble tickets for stripped faucets in my master bath sink and shower. The driveway thru the complex always has tons of pot holes and is really in need of repaveing for the entire complex. One of the back gates hasnt worked in MONTHS and the front gate has been broken even longer. If it wernt for the issue's in the apartment itself, I really wouldnt mind the other stuff BUT we pay ENOUGH money for the place, the stuff should be fixed in a timely manner consistantly!
