THE ROD IS HORRIBLE MILLILNS OF POT HOLES. WALLS ARE THIN, U CAN HEAR EVERYTHING THAT GOES ON DWNSTAIRS,NXT DOOR,AND OUTSIDE! BATH TUBS ARE PAINTED AND PEEL VERY BADLY. MAINTENANCE ISNT EFFICIENT. TAKES FOREVER FOR WRK ORDER TO BE COMPLETED. CARPET IS OLD,AND STAFF IS EXTREMELLY RUDE EXCEPT FOR TERRENCE. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

have live the the club apartments for 3 years and it was okay when I moved in but after 1st year I have seen at least 5 magagement teams. New manager is the worst; assistants r ok. was going to fix pothole and told everyone from front gate pass office that they would have to park in very back & other side of apartments for up to 2 wks; in the dark, no security, wooded area in back; do not care for safety of resisdence period. did not start work so beware if the deal is too good to move in they will tell you the same thing in a few weeks. they just tested pipes for lead, you can hear pipes jumping when you turn on water. Don't be a fool ask tenants. Well, some of them have sidewalk sales. hate coming there; truely not a home and now they are going up on rent. animals in ceiling and eat at walls while sleep; roaches (big) come in daily from outside; list goes own. front gate never worked and keypad destroyed for past year. do move in or you will be sorry. allow them to fix it up first since they say the bank will give them the money; the bank owns now.
