I have only lived here for about 3 months but so far I haven't had anything to really complain about. This place is a pretty good deal with their specials/pricing and what you get. They're not the most lavish but definitely not bad in anyway. My roommate and I wanted a place close to Unf, not too expensive but SAFE. We ended up getting a 2nd floor corner unit with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace, next to the clubhouse/pool. Our unit looked like it was freshly painted, and had new carpeting, very clean. However, the downstairs units definitely look smaller with the shorter ceiling but good for people who mind stairs, but they can probably hear people upstairs. But vaulted ceilings probably make our electric bill slightly higher with the A/C. The kitchen is nice and clean with pretty good appliances. We haven't had any major 'pest' problems, only a beetle or a fly here and there. (no cockroaches so far! =] ) As far as the parking complaints, I almost always get a spot in front of my unit in less its at night but I never have to walk far, however people speed thru the neighborhood even though theres speed bumps. The only 3 issues I encountered here were 1. Our fire-alarm went off 3 nights in a row in the middle of the night but each time the 24hr maintenance was very apologetic and eventually resolved the issue (it was only our units). 2. Two men were yelling at each other under my window, but the cop came and it was taken care after. 3. The first week my shower faucet broke and water was left on, maintenance came when I was at class and replaced with a new one. The 'trash' complaint I don't understand, its no biggie you dump your trash on the way out and you don't have to see it. I will list the pros and mild cons below:

Pros: Well lit and feel safe.
Roomy apartments,
plenty of general storage.
Clean, no bug problems,
Pretty quiet,
Free massages, theyre good!
Nice pool/hot-tub,
Well maintained (paint, lawns, trees, roads),
Staff isn't nearly as bad as horror stories I have heard or other places
Good locations, lots of things around, walmarts right there too =]

Cons: Washer/dryer so loud (we plan loads for when not home)
When people outside window, you can usually hear if theyre loud.
Speeding around corners.
Gate pass kinda annoying of how it's set up (only closed at night)
No food pantry (awkward food storage),
Gym could use remodeling, machines old and break.
No balconys/patios

Over all were pretty happy!
