This place has went up and down throughout the years and was in the process of being 'revamped' by a new (wonderful) landlord but has went through yet another change in mgmt. I moved out because I needed more space and a more convenient location but the neighborhood isnt the best and the quality of tenants made the place almost unbearable the last year or so I was there. There is a small laundry room with 2 working washers and its been that way for a long time.
