It sucks! the windows in the apartment are not up to code. If a Window is broken it takes nearly to months for them to fix it. If your rent is late you have to pay ten percent of the rent for late fee. Thats $80 or more. Late fee's are added from the six of the month, but on the seventh of the month you will get an eviction proceding later on your door. Your water bill is paid at the office, so they jack the price up. You will close to $100 per mont for water. The laundry has four washer but only to works and four dryer but only one works but not good. They inspect the apartment about Four times a year. They also don't want you to have anything buta table and four chair out there. but you'll notice some people have much more but they don't say nothing to them. But to other they will send out notice for you to move it or they will charge you $25 dollars to move it. There playground don't have anything your child will like . They drop two beatup toys in it and call it a playground. when you move in you have to pay $80 dollar for sure deposite.They would tell you it is to fix the rugs but thats not what they say when your moving. You will fall in love with the apartment but nothing else.I have seen people move in and right back out . The people office staff will see people braking into or damaging your car and will not call the police or do anything.
