I have lived here for almost 2 years now. the first year and a half was great. then they sold the complex to someone else and these people have no idea what they are doing. now there are people outside at all hours of the night being loud. i have had my car broken into twice now. we used to have a police officer that drove by a few times a night to kinda keep an eye on things now we don't. i don't feel safe i won't let my kids outside to play. i can't wait to move out. DON"T RENT HERE!!!!!!!

I HAVE LIVED HERE 7 YEARS AND IT HAS GONE SO FAR DOWN HILL IT IS A NIGHTMARE THE OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE WE HAVE A NEW MANAGER EVERY MONTH AND MAINTACE HAS ALWAYS SUCKED NOW THEIR APARTMENTS AND THE PROPERTY MANAGERS APARTMENT GET FIXED BUT THAT IS ABOUT IT. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY A TENT IS BETTER THEN THIS,

My neighbor had lived in her apt for going on 8 years and moved out the month before we did. The office staff was so rude. We paid our rent evey month on time usually early and the one time we were late by 1 day they wanted to charge us so much money. The worst part is tht we told them ahead of time to because we were both in car wrecks and were out of work for almost 2 weeks, but yet there were people still living in some apt who had not paid rent in almost 4 monthes! figure that one out.

I wouldn't recommend Collins Place to anyone....thank God I no longer live there.
