Nice looking but filled with 20 somethings who have nothing better to do than play their bass and have parties. They run from their apts to their cars and back in the middle of the night talking and laughing as if it were 12pm instead of 12am! The manager and security live on property but never seem to hear any of this! How is that possible' In the beginning of my lease, I reported it many times but after getting repeatedly blown off, I decided not to waste my breath. And it has just gotten worse over the last year!
And exactly how are we supposed to report cars with loud bass' Run downstairs and outside after them with a pen and paper'' Why dont they have security out walking around - especially on the weekends (day and night) - writing people up for it' I don't get paid to do that! And if I did it for every car that breaks this rule, I wouldnt have time to do anything else! Walls are so thin, I have to worry constantly about bothering my neighbors! And dog poop! We are told to pick it up but I think I am the only one who does! There is so much poop in the dog walk, it is disgusting! I have just about two months left and am counting the days! Very disappointed. This property has the potential to be great but since the rules aren't enforced, it is no better than the neighboring complex.

I agree with some of the above complaints but am also aware that everyone has to do their part if they want a community to be the way they expect it to be...you can't place all the blame on the property management. The owner of the property should allow the property management to install security cameras everywhere that way they can review the tapes and have a record of the tenants who are not abiding by the rules and cleaning-up after their dogs. There are several stations set-up on the property for the tenants to use the poop bags and then dispose of it.
