If you dont like it here, PLEASE leave. Move down the street to one of the other apartment complex's and then tell me how bad it is here. I think you will change your mind VERY quickly.

I used to agree with you...but in the last 2 yrs I have seen a steady slide in the "quality" of tenants living here and it seems to be heading toward the level of what I would expect from our neighbors to the south! Not there yet but for what we are paying in rent...signs of it are a problem!
