From Colonnade front office team, we would like to say thank you to everyone for your input on our community. Starting now, we will be reviewing this site on a regular basis to address any issues that our residents may have. We appreciate your input and believe that this site is a great way to anonymously bring apartment issues to our attention.

Please understand that we are doing everything we possibly can to make sure that your home here at Colonnade is up to standards. If we know of an issue in the community, we will do what we can to take care of the problem.

Please also understand that there are policies, rules, and laws that WE have to abide by concerning future residents, current residents, evictions, and past residents (along with every other aspect of apartment management). But we will do what is within our power to fix any problems you may be having.

You guys are the most pathetic group of individuals that I have ever encountered in my life. The whole "we love our residents" banners around v-day was hilarious!!
