The pool issue need to be resolved! I too have watched people from your complex walk though the hedges and head for our pool. Maybe we need a pool gate key? or a lifegaurd or monitor of some kind. In MD they have to have a gaurd on duty and they had resident pool cards. I don't think sharing my pool with the garbage that lives down there is a good idea. I'd love to see a chain link fence of some type go up...but it would likely get opened up by the garbage that passes though here.

LETS GET ONE THING STRAIGHT NOT ALL OF THE RESIDENTS AT THE OAKS ARE GARBAGE!!!!IF YOU GET YOUR NOSE OUT OF THE AIR YOU WILL SEE THAT CLEARLY... ALL THIS PERSON WAS TRYING TO DO IS TO GIVE YOUR COMPLEX A COMPLIMENT BUT NO YOU TOOK IT FAR BY CALLING PEOPLE GARBAGE... GET YOUR NOSE OUT OF THE AIR BEFORE A BIRD POOPS ON IT!!!

I also live at The Oaks and wanted to add my $.02. I agree there is a lot of garbage at our complex but that certainly is not true for all of the residents. I am a grad student supporting myself and working on a doctorate degree and I believe I am far from garbage. Right now I am living off of student loans and unfortunately most places do not except that as income so my choices of a place to live are pretty slim. If our garbage is spilling over into your complex and dirtying it up then the same is probably true for our pitiful office staff. Needless to say I'm getting the heck out of this ghetto and don't recommend the area itself to anyone unless you like living the hard-knock life

If you read the eview, you can clearly see that it says SOME of the "trash" wandering into the collonaides lives next door to this person. Furthermore, anyone who has ever lived or visited the oaks realizes that some of the tenants are not worthy of any other name. Not all, but some. Read the review clearly before you get defensive. Some might say "thou dost protest too much..."
