You need more to do at work than to log onto this site and respond to unfavorable comments by either residents or potential residents. what happened to the days of good customer services when you were greated with a smile and the customer comes first no matter what''''' If I in any way treated my customers in my job the way the staff at your complex does....I would be jobless, homeless and deserving of criticism. It is time for you take a step back and look at what people are telling you and question "what could I be doing wrong and what can I do to make it better'" Stop thinking and acting like a dumb blonde and be more like a resonable human being!!!!! God gave you a brain, now use it!!!!

exactly...this place has been going down hill since middle of 2005 when the previous manager moved to a higher office. the one that follwed only lasted about 5 months and the present one pays no attention to tenants at all...
