i feel your pain !!! same thing going on above me! office sends letters...seems no different than any other disturbing the peace complaint? they claim they will fine noisy neighbors, does that happen??? i doubt it...if your neighbors have no consideration for those who live above them then it falls on the landlord...or cops!!!

I agree with Brian. If you a Piece of trash and make noise all of the time, you need to move to a place that accepts that behavior.
If you yell and scream to you dumb ass friends at midnight, Talk loud like a dumbass in the hallways at night, let your kids run around like monkeys and tear up the place up, ect…
You need to move to Sin City. That is where your sorry ass belongs. This is not a dorm....grow up.
