What a joke they are! I guess since your the MANAGER that means you can pretty much do what you want. That pretty much means your daughter can basically be aloud as she wants with her friends, and cuss and walk around with her friends late at night laughing and having a good ol time. It no wonder why these apartments are so loud and noisey, the own manager cant keep her child under control let alone the tenants! Also why every other month they are ripping out the flowers and or bushes they plant in front of the office, and in the sign by the road. Can the sorry maintence people not take care of them, so they are just wasting money and buy new ones every other money. I am having signs ordered and i am going to place them on Monument Rd, and refer everyone to this site, so they can check the ratings before they attempt to move in here.

The gates not working is accurate, but the pool stuff isn't. I've lived here a while, too. Also with a pool view. It was getting a little out of control with people out there after 10, but it has slowed down a lot recently. The guy that comes by every night to lock up the pool (not always at 10, but usually by 11) is the community cop. I caught him in the front office once- he's a detective so he doesn't drive a cop car, but he does live on site. Nice guy.
This community is nice. If gates are the biggest problem you can find, we live in a pretty nice place, buddy.

This entire report is great. and spot on. I would use stronger language myself, but that's just me. There are NO cops there in the community, I don't know where those lies come from. The management loves to come on here and post things to make themself look less stupid, but we all know better. Avoid this place like the plague!!

Excuse me... but you DO realize you live in an apartment, right??? I encourage you to go FIND an apartment where all is quiet and jolly!!! I live here and I never have problems with noise or children. Its pathetic you have to come to a website and complain. you might get better attention if you voiced your complaints instead of blogging.

Once again......make yourself look good Miss Manager......what a complete and utter joke this place is. Prices are thru the roof, Managements sucks, Gates dont work half the time, noise ordinace posted at gate is a joke.....the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything inside and outside and there is NO community office or detective that lives there (what a joke AGAIN!!) Geez.....if you have this much tme on your hands to read and respond to all of these then I guess maybe you are not doing you job well enough.....better take some more management courses sweety!!!!
