Hello to every one reading this.....Yes I am the manager and I am appalled by the things people say on here. I have been at the Colonnade for about 8 months now and since being here the gates have been working, the occupancy is climbing, and the property speaks for itself. It amazes me that people will address the office staff and speak badly about us but yet will not sign their name at the end. Why is this.....I am not here to argue with anybody but just speak my mind. The office staff is great, maintenance is wonderful, work orders are completed within 72 hours depending on the urgency, and the property looks nice. No one is perfect and if they are please show them to me. No my assistant does not party all night in her garage (by the way that was funny) and no I don't not randomly kiss guys in the parking lot (that was funny also)! We all have a life outside of work and making things up about us only makes you (whoever you are) look bad. Oh and one more, thing we do have a courtsey officer living on site. Yes he is undercover so this is why no one seems to know who he is. So with all that being said if anybody wants to know just how great we are please come visit us and we will show you.

Wow this is GREAT! :) I called in a service order to your Assistant Manager about my closet doors coming off the track, which they do like one a freaking month....it has been 1 month and she has NEVER called me back! Yes the gates do work! They have since this new manager has been here, not exactly sure where these cameras are that the signs on the gate says they have. Why should we sign our name, so you can come after us, and try to find some reason to kick us out. The property does look nice, they change the damn flowers and bushes around the front entrance one a freaking month, but they damn sure DONT fix the mulch or grass around peoples apartments. I havent seen you kiss guys in the parking lot, but i do see your daughter and her friends constantly around apartment buildings cussing, or arguing, and knocking on peoples doors then running. Yes it is your daughter who is involved with these things, not the only one but yes involved.

I dont know or care about what the management does on their own time. What I do care about is how I am treated. You guys are rude most of the times and you try to be nice and rude at the same time and it doesnt pay off. The dumbest individual could see right through it. I guess I should have read the reviews first and looked past the beauty before signing my lease. The whole 72 hours for urgent maintenance is BS. I had a very urgent problem and it took too long to have it fixed but its in the past. Then the maintenance man had the nerve to have an attitude when he finally came to fix the problem like it was my fault. Yes, the place does look nice but doesnt mean it is nice so you can keep that to yourself. The office staff is not great and the maintenance is not wonderful. You guys act as if you dont want to be bothered. Well, guess what, your job is to be bothered so get use to it or find another job! I have came in there and you were the only one in the office and you just looked up at me and then continued to do what you were doing as if I wasnt there. For you being customer service, that was very rude. It is loud here but I dont know of any apartments that dont have some kind of noise so that doesnt really bother me. I will be breaking my lease at all costs because this is not going to work out for me and Im sure you guys would love to have me out of there because that is the way you act. I dont believe all of the bad comments on here but I sure dont believe all the good comments because they are too good of a comment. But I can guess I wont be getting my deposit back. HaHaHa!

I AGREE WITH ANONYMOUS, U ARE ONLY SAYING THESE THINGS B/C U WORK HERE. YEA THE PROPERTY LOOKS NICE BUT THE OFFICE STAFF IS NOT. EVRY TIME I CALL I GET CARRESSA OR THE OTHER GIRL ..THEY BOTH HV ATTITUDES AND SOUND LIKE THEY DONT WANT TO BE AT WORK OR B BOTHERED. SO FAR I HV HAD TO CALL MAINTENCE FOR OUR KITCHEN SINK THAT HAS BROKE 5 OR 6 SIX TIMES,,FINALLY THEY JUST DECIDED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE THING, THE TOLIET HAS BEEN RUNNING AND THE A/C NOT BEEN WORKING FOR THE PASS 3 DAYS AND NO ONE HAS YET TO COME OUT. I THINK LIVING IN FLORIDA THE A/C IS CONSIDERED A PRIORITY WITH HOW HUMMID THE WEATHER IS..THESE APARTMENT ARE OVER RATED AND NOT AT ALL WORTH ALL THE MONEY!!!
