Colonnade at Regency

We love it!!!! Great place From: cocktailmunky Date posted: 7/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 1 response   My fiancee and I just moved in the last weekend of June. ANd I must say, we love it. I moved up here due to a business transfer and my fiancee and I had very little notice. The staff here was exceptionally helpfull and the leasing agent even came in on her day off to help us( i know they are commision based, but she went out of her way and was professional and helpful). Everyone in the office had a helping hand in my transfer up here. The week of our move I came on this sight and got very scared...lol. I saw the horrible reviews and started to freak out. But it was too late so we just crossed our fingers and hoped for the best. We were not let down at all. The day we moved in we saw the same professionalism, and everything went really smooth. We had no problems with neighbors and our apartment was THE BEST! The unit was exceptionally clean and looked verrry new. We absolutely love it. We have been here almost two weeks now and have yet to have any problems. We are right ontop of the pool and the only noise we here are people and familys enjoying the pool and having fun. And when the pool closes everyone leaves and the area is totally quiet again. The only noise problem we have had is a neighbor that turned there stereo up too loud one weekend afternoon while cleaning and we called the office and the young lady went over to there apartment and told them to turn it down of get fined. We didnt have anymore problems after that. Very efficient office staff. I will write another review in a few months to give an update after we have been here for a longer amount of time.
