Well I have now lived in the Colonnade for about 4 months and I am very pleased!
They really uphold the rules and make people accountable. They keep people quiet after 10PM and they have towed cars parked illegally as well as fining for loud music. Its nice and people living there are very respectful of others. I don't mind paying a bit more for these reasons. They do have some issues with bugs but not any more than other places and they spray often. And the parking can be very difficult when they have three students in one apt with three cars but what can you do-they need transportation. I am really enjoying living there at this point.
