Overall, I would give it an okay rating.
While the apartments are fairly new, and clean, we've experienced difficulty with maintenance calls/service.
Also, the amenities such as the "24 hour fitness center" are not all that impressive. The equipment has been broken off and on since we moved in, and there is NEVER enough parking.
But it is safe, and the leasing agents have been friendly and usually helpful.
