Not worth the money: severly overpriced

The appearance is nice and the interior of the apartments are nice, but they tried to increase our rent without warning and then tried to charge us a late fee for not paying the increase we did not know about. The weight room consists of a nautilus type weight machine, a treadmill and a stairstepper; not to mention guests at the hotel next door have access to it, which is scary sometimes. The parking is a constant problem and security is nonexistent. My roommates car was broken into and when we tried to contact the onsight police officer he was no where to be found.
