They do not take care of the property. They do lawn maintenence often. But there are countless cigarette butts, empty cups, and random pieces of trash everywhere. The leasing office closes randomly during the day so that if you need something, they are not available to help you. When you have a maintenance issue, it takes them days to fix things.I am not pleased with this property at all.

This is true. There are broken beer bottles, and tons of other trash laying around.
