I have lived this this complex for about 6 months now and believe me I can't wait to get out of this place.

It started when I moved in, I had days of continuous cleaning to do the place just had dirt on everything. No one cleaned my apartment. The doors were broken, the paint was sprayed on everything and had to be scrapped off. The hallway to the apartment is full of spider weds and has never been cleaned. Garbage stains are on the stairs the area is simply dirty.

The lawn sprinkler system sprays on your cars and leaves hard water stains that are hard to get off as well the sprinkler heads are broken and spray you as you walk into your building. oh ya and the smell of rotten eggs when they go on...

The workout room has equipment that is broken as generaly does not work.

The porches are really strange I am on the second floor and the third floor drops stuff on me as the porches are just 2x6's slots between so anything above you gets on you.. Who designed this' Very stupid.. Lots of roaches on the porch I mean big ones! Turn the light on your porch at night and watch then run...

The apartments are noisy lots of partys going on as well the highway is very close and generaly noisy nothing special.

Overall with the price that you end up paying the place is not really worth it. Most of my issues are general stuff and probably happen at most apartments. Except for the porches (so funny) The area is ideal great shopping etc. If this place was a little cheaper in price it would not really be that bad as in the end they area apartments but they really need to step it up. As always everything starts with the management. As for me I am going to look down the street a ways for real quality living, I mean I have no problem paying the price if that is what I get.
