Horrible Staff From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/22/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   In my life I have never encountered people like the staff at Colony at Deerwood. They are rude and condescending when you make any kind of maintainence request. For example: we moved in on a Wednesday and there was no washer and dryer in our apartment, which no one told us about when we got the keys. Also the windows did not close all the way in the master bedroom (keep in mind this was on the coldest week of the year in Jacksonville), it took them until Wadnesday of the next week to fix these problems. However, the main problem with this complex is the management and the staff. They are unbelievable rude. It is like they do not realize that it is their JOB to deal with problems with the apartments they lease.
