DO NOT RENT HERE!! From: JAXFILM Date posted: 12/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have lived in many different apartments in my life, but this place is the worst. I have had 4 maintance requests, none have been answered. Maintenance torn out screen patio and refuse to fix. Apartment keys are given to random contractors that enter apartments un-announced. As a police officer, I discourage anyone from living here due to the unsafe condition that many people have keys to the apartments. Contractors walk on furniture and leave paint on decorations and furniture. Staff is very arrogant to residents. RENT FROM SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!
