WOW, what a difference in staff and management that came in April are so nice and professional, Darvy has been so helpful and gone out of his way to make sure our work orders were done and the problems were taken care of with our neighbors...Hector completed the work order very fast. I came to lease 5 months ago because they were the cheapest and nicest property...but the staff and manager was aweful, rude and just not nice. My thoughts are, oh well, it will get better and how much will I really have to deal with them. But then I've had problems with residents and work orders not getting done, that has changed since new staff is here. It's so GREAT to know that I can go into the office and see a smiling face that will help me. Sincerely, A Happy Resident!!!!!

Must have been friends of Darvy and HECTOR. Those two were FIRED, one for being just plain RUDE to the tenants and the other FOR BEING USELESS and always being on his cell phone, and by the way he was S^&*WING the PREVIOUS manager.

LOL...Wow, are you serious...no not friends of them and I don't think they were even friends.....this place has gone down hill since they left and I heard one got fired, but the other gave a notice and left like a while back....and who was screwing the Manager....which previous Manager?
