The Colony at Deerwood has been a good place to call home we have been here for about 7 months now and it is a great location. The staff has been very helpful and any time we needed maintenance they are usally here within a day. The grounds are kept up and cleaned. Safety is not a concern for me at all i feel very safe living here. My children and i enjoy playing at the park and swimming in the pool.
