Location is best! But staff & policy is not good

Best location in Jacksonville. But WATCH OUT when you renew the contract! Most of the apartment let you go with one month penalty fee when you break the contract. But they don't do that at this apartment. You are responsible for the rent of whole through the contract!!! No exceptions!!! Staff SEEMS nice, but I had a question in my mind. They said keeping packages in the apartment's office is a courtersy. Give me a break! We were paying for it!!! (One time, they did not let US post or FedEx leave the packages! We had to go to post office or call FedEx each time.) Maintenance took care of the issue very well, but it took forever to be done.

Well FYI, it is a law in Florida that no apartment community can release you with a termination fee because it is now illegal in Florida for anyone to do so. As far as the packages, it is a courtesy not a service. They can choose not to accept them anymore at all if they so desire.
