this place is horrible!!

I moved in last june, the A/c leaked from the time i moved in till i left a year later, the a/c unit looked like it was going to fall out of the cieling. Im almost positive of mold in the ceiling... We found it in the washer upon moving in!! GROSS! Ants were everywhere, coming outta the faucet in the shower. The maitnence came to "Fix" out A/c probably 3 times outta the 7 times i complained. Once the A/C company came to look they figured out half of our air vents were closed..that would be why the aparment wasnt cooling, and our electric bill was outrageous... but of course they never paid for that..

Now upon moving out, I am told I owe $385 for damages to carpet... they have got to be joking..the carpet looks clean when you move in, but a week after stains just start coming back up through the carpet..and they expect me to pay for a koolaid stain' i think not.

oh yeah, not to mention the 20 -------- living downstairs from us who took turns sleeping outside on the hood of their cars, and hearing them fighting constantly..

Horrible maintence, horrible office staff, horrible everything...

go look at Aventine at deerwood... much nice and more for about the same price!!

I completely agree... nothing has changed... I lived there in 2005, and what your saying is the same exact problems that were there then :( very disappointing but thanks for sharing and warning others :)
