not a good place. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/21/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   Management was horrible. Nothing was fixed correctly in a timely manner. Apartment was flooded due to maintnance inability to fix a leak. Water gushed out of front door when pipe broke. Management did not want to assist in the problem. Told receptionist to tell me she was not in. I waited in the office for over 2 hours. The manager finally appeared, from of all places her office. They sent a guy over to get the water out of the carpets. With blowers took over 3 days to dry the apartment. The management never replaced the carpet. Mildew started to form on the carpet, walls, and doors. Making everyone sick. Also had termites and other insects in the apartment. There was also trash constantly around the apartments, due to lack of dumpsters residents left garbage in front of apartments.
