I have lived here 2 years .First year was great so me and my family decided to stay another year. What a big mistake. Valet garbage sucks now that they only come 3 times a week.They think I am taking my gabage to the dump ,wrong.Now all the pools are closed and green .There are not any sparkling pools here. Dont get me started on 24hr. maintenance what a joke . I dont think they even have anyone who respondes to maintenance. Dont move in here !!!!!

I LEFT THE COMMONS 10 MONTHS AGO AFTER PURCHASING A HOME. I HAD LIVED THERE FOR 10 YEARS AS IT WAS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE AND WAS CONVENIENT TO ALL PARTS OF JACKSONVILLE. WHEN I MOVED IN, THEY WERE IN THE PROCESS OF RENOVATING ALL OF THE APARTMENTS AS THE COMPLEX HAD A PREVIOUS HISTORY OF CONSIDERABLE DRUG ABUSE. TWO YEARS AGO THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CHANGED AND THAT IS WHEN THINGS STARTED GOING DOWNHILL. WHAT A SHAME FOR THE RESIDENTS AND THE PROPERTY OWNERS!!

I have been in these apts for over 3 yrs. One thing negative to say is that the management does change a lot!! Now they have a new crew in the office and they are getting stuff done. I noticed that they now have courtesy officers on grounds and they have evicted several people that may have been causing a disturbance! They to my understanding have a new maintenance crew too. I'd say that months ago there was a problem, but I see it coming around now!? Give it a try
