Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
Multiple problems with maintanence and leasing staff since move in date. We have had 3 floods, broken air conditioner, multiple leaks, misc small repairs that have not been repaired, broken dishwasher, mold and mildew since 5/21/05. It is only July 6th today!! They will not repair our problems and give us stupid reasons as to why the problems occur. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!! This is the worst apartment complex I have lived in since I have been in Jacksonville! They need to update the apartments inside and out, fire their entire staff and start over and give you a break on the price of the rent.
