They are beautiful apartments and the maintenance is kept up. But other than that the management office is uncaring and not old enough or capable enough to run this community. I have been robbed twice in the 6 months of being a resident and they say it is not their responsibility. Several complaints by other tenants say the same thing. I had grand theft for items on my house and my car broken into two weeks later. No security, vandals, and mgmt doesnt respond to complaints even late at night. The office personnell is rude and will not respond but only to people who withhold rent from complaints. I am paying $850 a month rent and live in fear everyday that either my children are going to get hurt from all of the drug dealers and wanderers on property that are not residents or that I will come home one day and everything will be gone. Children play in abandoned apartments and they have not been cleaned out from prior evictions. The mgmt response is give 60 day notice and forfeit $850 deposit. Do not move here!
