The apartment complex is a little old but well maintained. If you are able to get a waterfront apartment you will love the view of downtown and the Cedar and Ortega rivers. The community is relatively quiet and I have never had problems finding parking right in front of my apartment. I would recommend the apartments to anyone who is looking for reasonable rents and above average community.
