The magmt at confederate Point is a joke! There is mold growing in the apartments so bad that you can see it growing up the walls. They lost are lease and took over two weeks to get us a copy. The parking lot neeeds much repair. For the first week we lived in Confederate Point we had not hot water, when it was finally replaced the plumber said the maintenance man had it turned it up to 180 degrees, that would put a child in the hospital! They have never followed through on a repair order and overall are very rude to their paying tennents. I guess thats why they have more vacant than rented!
