This is the worst place my family and I have ever lived. If your a murderer, drug dealer, rapist, or ghetto then you already live here I would think. My thoughts are to tear this place down, and start over from scratch, and screen all of your would be tenants.

Since Horizon Realty has taken over, The Community has cleaned up. The Residents notice the change and are now happy to call Confederate Point Apartments home. All applicates go threw a screening process, and we have tighten up on the policies of the community.

I'm sorry but I disagree w/ the user cleanedup0102. This place is awful. The office staff before was a lot nicer. As far as the screening process goes, yeah right!! Have you seen what kinda people live here!!!
