I have lived in Confederate Point Apts. For 2 1/2 years. Initially I was a bit put off by the groups of people hanging around outside the doors. I have found that with assistance from management, this is no longer a problem. I find the office and maintenance staff pleasant, and my work orders completed in a reasonable amount of time, often that same day. I can see the efforts management are making toward making our community a better place.
