Coquina Bay Apartments

Completely Fooled!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/6/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   When we came to look at these apartments the model looked great. Unfortunatly, when we moved into ours it was completely different. The carpet was stained all over, we were told it could not be replaced. The ceilings were falling apart, that is just a few things to mention. We were under the impression that there was going to be a fitness center, since we were paying for it. That never happened. When we met with the manager she told us the water bill was between $11.00 and $20.000, we get bills for $35-$45. Oh and the parking, it is horrable, although there are 2 people on the lease they are only entitiled to one parking spot. My overall opinion is that it is overated and too expensive for what the apartments actually have to offer. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
