I have to admit that when the new owners took over the outside of the building and grounds look alot better. What the new owners have failed to do is to take care of the structural problems. The roof in my apartment leaked. They finally fixed the problem when the ceiling came falling down in the back bedroom of my neighbors apartment. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Also they advertise a workout room which I have yet to see. Bottom line lots of unkept promises.
