I have lived here for almost 7 months now. These are just a few of the issues I've had:
There are cats who "mark their spaces" to the tune of a very strong and disgusting odor. This has continued the entire time I've lived here. Only rain removes the smell--management won't!!

The other issues I am experiencing in my apartment are becoming outright dangerous. The air conditioning unit leaks water all over the floor. Several people have already slipped on this, luckily not causing serious injury. I and my roommate have called to have this problem corrected at least a half dozen times. After 6 contacts, the most that has been done is for a maintenance person to come by and "blow out the lines" as he described it. After being notified that the issue persisted after this, nothing has been done.

Another issue we have is the shower in the guest bathroom. I've called about this at least a half dozen times as well, yet the problem has continued for over two months now. When the residents living above me take a shower, the water goes into my shower. The panel installed in the shower above where your head is when taking a shower also appears to be becoming weak and appears as if it may cave in at some point. Not only is this disgusting and also has clogged my shower drain (which maintenance did not fix, I had to buy my own Drano for it), it also has left my floor stained and water all over it, again increasing the probability that someone will slip on the bathroom floor.

What a horrible experience this has been. I am looking into legal action at this time.
