i recently found out that if you pay a pet depost. they tell you this is just for the prev of getting to have a pet.. it does not cover anything, as they have charged me $60 on moving out for normal wear and tare on carpet at a door, that they are calling "pet damage". but if you look at your lease, it doesnt specifically say anything, other than pet depost, so it could be taken to court over.

also, if your moving out.. make sure you stick the keys in their hands (if you can catch them in the office) because im also getting charged for two extra days rent because they are too lazy to check the drop box on saturdays, they have to wait until monday when they finally show up to work... god knows and anyone living there , knows that sat and sunday is the day they have their "out on the yard, will be back sign"

not to mention the maint supervisor, that was banging on my door and yelling at me when i opened the door about some -------- sprinker system that i had never seen working there the entire time i lived there.. this place over all sucks. i wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

and also, when i moved in, they had never painted from the previous tenants, not at all nice like the one apartment that they show you before you move in.

they offer you 1 assigned parking spot.. be prepared for any and everyone to take your parking spot. because it is a free for all. and they say that you can have cars towed off. it only takes the towing company usually 3 to 4 hours to get there, so why bother. of course, upon moving out, the towing company couldnt pick up anything there, because coquina bay apartments owed them money and they wouldnt touch any vehicles.

so if you like obnoxious management and maint people, hey , more power to you, this place is perfect for you.

not to mention the extra bills they send you when you move out.
