If you're unsatisfied w/ the carpet when you move in, forget about asking it to be changed.

The washer/dryer connection location kinda sucks. It's outside on the porch, and you have to rent your own machines if you don't want to use the public apartment ones.

We had sooo many problems with our hot water heater the first couple weeks. It would go out every other day and we had to call someone to get them to "fix" it. The water heater is located in my bedroom closest. And one night while I was sleeping it started sparking and smooking. The burning smell made my roommates investigate and if it weren't for them I would have slept through the whole thing and our apartment would have caught on fire.

No one ever seems to be in the leasing office when I need to talk to them. There is always a note that says "out to lunch be back soon". wtf'

But yeah other than all that it's alright.
