I relocated last year after college, and this place is perfect for me. The price is awesome especially for the location, its close to the beach and JTB, and everything has been really good with my apartment! There were a few small things that needed repair when I moved in, but maintenance took care of them really quickly. my building has really quiet neighbors too. The apartments are kind of old, but in good shape. All in all, this place turned out to be a good fit.
