The apartment was filthy upon moving in. Cat urine scent, dirty carpets, broken screens, broken tile, broken dishwasher.... Incompetent staff, I had neighbors harrass me several times, when reported to the staff I followed up a week later she said "ooops, I forgot to send them the letter". Maintanance is impossible. Several sprinklers have been broken for months without repair, security lights are out around the complex. Dog feces litter the ground. The list goes on. Look elsewhere, I wish I had.
