Within the past year, lots of changes have gone on here. Not to mention that a lot of the things people complain about do not necessarily have anything to do with the responsibilities of the management or maintenance staff. The responsibility of a property management company is to manage the property. People think that because they are renting something that it has to be perfect. Well, guess what' Try owning a house! You'll have a lot more crap to deal with then. Consider yourself lucky that people care enough to bring the property up to the exceptional condition that it is in today. Some places are slums. Some places are trash. And people still rent it. Some places are nicer than this one, but A LOT aren't. That's just the way it is. This is a 25-year old apartment complex and it is in very good shape all things considered. BOTTOM LINE: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
