1. Gym equipment(machines)do not work properly or/and are broken.
2. Pool water was rarely up to par.
3. Management was staffed properly and very unorganized.
4. The lighting around the buildings were either burnt out or didn't give enough light to properly/safely iluminate the path from the parking to the apartment.
5. Parking is very inadequate
6. It takes maintance hours, sometimes days to fix a problem.
7. The walls are paper thin and waterdamaged.
8. Carpet is old, very thin padding(if any) and smells like mildew.
9. Outside Gutters poorly kept up.
10. Mold growth around air vents and baseboards.
11. No monthly pest control service.
12. Extemely late on returning security deposits
13. Apartments are very easy to break into.
