After looking for a place for three weeks i was told by a co-worker to check this place out. So my husband and I stopped in the following week. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was shown a model and the empy apartment that was available. I noticed during our visit that the community was well kept and the other staff members were very welcoming! The location was great and so was the price. One year later I'm now a resident and loving the amentites Coquina has and the great maintenance guys who are always so helpful. For the year I have lived here I have had no complaints and am noticing alot of good change. I'm so glad I can come home at the end of each day and know that i will not have to mow a yard or any other dreeded tasks. I LOVE it here!
