What the F*ck has happened here' The new manager is borderline retarded and looks like a horse. She's got the iq of a 3 year old. The property looks like a homeless camp. I feel sorry for Charles and Freddy the 2 maintenance guys that actually work. There's a third guy (looks like Waldo from Where's Waldo) that does nothing but watch his portable TV all day. There are gangbangers roaming the property at all hours of the night. Don't bother complaining to the office staff anymore, nothing gets done. This place has gone downhill quick ever since Jennifer left. All the apartments are moldy and smell like ball sweat. They are overpriced for a 20 something year old complex. Look elsewhere if you are in the market for a new apartment. This place is unsafe. It's poorly lit at night. People have been robbed a gunpoint several times here at night in the parking lot. There are some drug dealers living in the 1100 building. Your electric bill will average $270 for a 1 bed 1 bath apartment. Your water bill will be higher than if you had a house. Rats and squirrels live in the walls. There are massive roach problems. Bedbugs (enough said). Don't bother contacting the owners at PRG real estate. I can hear my neighbors having man sex ALOT! I am not sure if it's people or dogs shitting outside, but it's everwhere. Watch where you step, even if it's on concrete. I have seen massive turnover in the office. I'm pretty sure the TV show "Good Times" was filmed in my apartment. Compared to all the ads in the guides, Coquina Bay is most definitely not a "Great Place To Call Home". mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

How true is this! I think I live below this person. The man sex is very audible from outside, the dog turds are everywhere, and I am currently seeking legal assistance for the mold problems in my apartment.
