They change management here as much as a weather changes. The more they change the worse it is. The newest manager tries to be better than the last one by brown nosing their bosses and forgetting the tenants. They treat the tenants like low class people. They act like they are doing you a favor by renting to you. On 3-bedroom apartments the air condition cools everything but one bedroom because it was an add-on and there is nothing they can do to fix it. If you need a place to stay dont come here YOU WILL REGRET IT!

That is true also be careful, there is one parking spot per customer no matter how many bedrooms you rent, on weekends not many parking spaces are available and they have been known to tow peoples cars, you pay the $150 to $200. The apartments are very are many years old and needs much TLCs, outside looks OK but watch inside and watch for dogie poop everywhere.
