I thought I found a decent place to live for a decent price when we moved here. The neighborhood quickly went downhill and after being offered heroin by my neighbors the first week we moved in, we soon learned to stay to ourselves. There are some decent people in the complex, but most of them are miserable as they are surrounded by loud, obnoxious people in the building. Give it a month of living there and you'll soon find yourself disappointed.

The parking is a serious issue, as there are not even enough spots for the residents - especially if you have neighbors with guests over a lot. The walls and ceiling/floor are very thin, and the plumbing leaves much to be desired. Not only do our toilets not flush all the way (which I was told could not be fixed by the first manager here), but if any of the neighbors are showering or doing laundry, the water in our apartment won't even cut on.

The maintenance man has always been helpful and nice but it seems to be a fight with the rest of the staff to get anything accomplished. The staff will be polite, but not helpful (and can be manipulative) once you've moved in. They will literally try to con you out of every cent while living there - and I encourage anyone who dares try, to question every bill they give you. (They get away with it because no one questions the illogical claims.)

I would not recommend this complex to anyone. It really isn't worth the money you save. We move out soon and can assure you that we will pay the extra money next time.
