Coquina bay is one to avoid. The management here is virtually non-existent, as they are never open during their posted hours. They have cut back on all services--they no longer mow the lawn or maintain the pool. The trash never gets picked up and the whole place is starting to look like a homeless camp/trailer park. This place is filled with gang-bangers, street thugs and drug dealers--the kind of residents that you would expect on the NW side of town.

The new property manager here is absolutely useless. She never comes through on her promises and when you call her out on it, she avoids the subject, puts the blame on you and then ultimately avoids you all together. The maintenance team literally will break into your apartment without permission to do an "inspection." This is absolute BS.

Well,I'll have to admit after reading a few of these "review's" We'll probably find some other place to move to; Something a little less "Ghetto" Thugville, etc... I mean, I'm no "Choirboy" myself, At least in the sense that I enjoy "partying" from time to time; (Recreational use only). In fact, My girlfriend & I "both" do; But at the same time, We don't want any of that "spilling over" into where we live. Yeah, We are planning on moving to Jax sometime toward's the end of next month, And (Had) actually planned on moving into one of the apartment's there at Coquina Bay. But after hearing these "Horror" storie's; Let's just say we changed our mind, And leave it at that... TKP Joplin Mo.
